They said they are currently working on the final build and will update us regarding the preload information as soon as they know. They confirmed there will be a preload. :) Hope that helps!

Game Pass players will not be able to pre-load. Microsoft said it's a complex thing to work out and that maybe in the future it will be available for games launching on game pass.

Considering you can get the Xbox Game Pass for less than £3 on eBay, I’m not really bothered about pre-loading.
