All i want to know and its inevitable for me, because i have more than 3 friends, how do we all play together?!
Since there isnt an option for a ship larger than 4 people, how do you make it so?
Say my crew of 4 go out into the world, am I going to be able to invite more friends into that world so we can sail together? I get that they will have to sail their ship beside us and in a different party, but is it possible. It must be......has to be.......right?!
@doxthafox They've explained their reasoning for limiting parties in dev blogs. You would have no way to guarantee what server one ship enters as opposed to the other.
@doxthafox I almost think they programmed it so you cant (joking as i know they didn't) but my wife and i spent all day on one of the betas trying to get into the same server as each other with our sloops .. I understand thier reasoning tho as you would have servers overun with bully fleets
It is possible. Once your in, invite your friend to your ship. Once he is in quit, check recent players and try and join all the people on recent. Theres a chance you can come into the game as a member of there crew. Now if you decide to go against them or troll them thats on you.
Repeat for adding people.
