Hey so there is like this door where i need to put a key in the skull island. is that where the so called boss is?
Anyone know how to get the door key
@salazar-armando So boss is supposedly gonna pop up first. Just kinda hang around the island and do stuff until skeletons start spawning. Supposedly there are a couple of waves, with a final boss at the end. Kill him and you get the key. :D Gl and hf m8ie!!

Cpt. Lancia@salazar-armando nope, if there is a giant skull cloud above the island, then its active and if you go into one of the buildings while its active alot of skeletons will spawn, kill them all and you will get a key.
@salazar-armando you have to wait a while until the boss comes out, while resisting the waves of skeletons :D
@sir-lancia ah it worked thanks but. is there supposed to be something inside the place? all we see is a little altar and some bones
@salazar-armando There is supposed to be an epic sexy chest with bones on it I believe. It gives you somewhere between 2-4k gold. (Oh and, a bunch of other smaller chests too)
If its empty someone probably looted it before you got there?

Yes, after you kill all the skeletons & the captain, you get the key.
The key opens the vault door, inside should be some chests & artifacts. It sounds you unfortunately found a 'bugged' fort that didn't yield a reward :(When they say a couple of waves, it’s about 15 waves that progressively get bigger until there are like 20-30 skeletons at once, some with 2-3 times the hp as normal skelly’s and armed with blunderbuss, pistol, swords. Fortunately lots of gunpowder barrels and ammo crates spawn on the island for the fight so it makes it somewhat manageable. Solo though? Good luck.

The barrels are very handy, but still can't find the key :(

I killed the captain on the waters edge, Searched high and low, So it drops on the captain and no where else?

Meaning if you killed the captain you have the key. Won’t spawn unless there is a skull cloud floating above it.
I killed the captain, His name was in orange and took many blunderbuss/pistol shots to defeat and a sloop full of bananas. I killed him while taking shot's from my sloop. There is no skull on him or around the area he died. Damn!
@r0ss012 unfortunate, we finished our second keep and it was literally empty. First time we got 4K gold but half the loot didn’t register for the turn in would have been more like 5-6k

that sucks! :( a few hours later the skull spawned back and there was a group of guys doing it, joined in the key dropped. Not much in there though
