Any chance this game going to come to any platforms besides windows store? Seems like it would be a fun game, but countless people are never going to get a chance to play it because of this c****y windows store error. Running the troubleshooter does nothing to fix the problem and seems to be the only solution anyone posts. Hopefully we get a Steam release or something that gives us better customer support than Windows Store.

Some people have also had success restarting their PC as soon as installation starts, before you get the error.
Good luck to everyone getting the code, since the problems are with Windows Store there are so many different things wrong and ways to fix them.

If the troublehsooter won’t works for you then try to reset the Windows store cache, this works in many cases:- Press Windows + R key > open the Run dialog.
- And type wsreset.exe > hit Enter.
- After resetting store cache > restart your PC
But if still facing the same issue then temporary disable the third party antivirus and the Windows firewall. Also sign out the Xbox app and check if this works but if not then the only option left is perform the clean boot in Windows.
Follow the steps given here to perform a clean boot: http://www.fixwindowserrors.biz/blog/resolve-error-0x80131505-in-windows-10
