Per the text that I linked to you, which was posted by a mod, the act of sharing data-mined information is the only thing that is against the rules. If mentioning the word data-mining in a sentence is against the rules I invite you to link me to that rule.
If you are incapable of reading and comprehending the rule, the major hint that I am not warned, reprimanded, or banned should be a major tip off that you are wrong.
