As far as places like Game Stop, I know not of any codes, but I do know certain vendors have special items. For example, a pre-order from Best Buy gets you a collectable SoT Gold Doubloon that comes packed with the game.
I don't know about game stop but microsoft accepts paypal, you can buy a paypal gift card at somewhere like CVS or Rite Aid.
There's also Amazon gift cards you can buy with cash then use online to buy the digital code on amazon.
Make sure you add enough money to cover Taxes too, the game is $59.99+ Tax
Get a microsoft card from any drug store or you can order a digital gift card in that amount and use the gift card to actually buy it now instead of it waiting to charge on the 19th

LOL yes I had to send money to my son's account twice this weekend because of that
I work at EB. Same company, Canadian version. It's not often that we get codes for digital download games.
Just go in and buy a code for xbox money for the US equivalent of what the game would cost after tax. You can then use that code on your account, load it with the funds, and buy the game off of the marketplace.
