OK you wanted constructive criticism so here you go.
First off, background music doesn't fit with the video, change it, turn it down, or forgo it all together
Sit further back from your mic
Don't spend the whole video talking about how bad the last one was, just take those criticisms and put it into something new
If you feel so down on the last video just take it down
Look for inspiration from other youtubers you enjoy, what do they do? how do they do it? etc
Let what shows on screen reflect what you are saying. Every frame has to have a purpose and you just basically just threw together a bunch of rando footage over you talking
Let this be an opportunity to LEARN and EVOLVE your next project is your best project
Don't let these criticisms get you down either. I'm coming from a place of love, I've taken down so many videos from my channel because I don't like them
