So my personal rant is as follows. ( No QQ just my take )
Beautiful Game. Top 5 just in look and feel of the world.
Simple to play. Huge bonus as I have physical limits irl.
Tolerable repetitiveness. It's the players that make it fun as hell at times.
My personal downside. I run AMD based system. Constant crashing after 2 minutes to 90'ish minutes. Tried many driver rollbacks nothing stopped it completely. It was very, very annoying to get a boatload of chests and then crash. Or burning a scroll on table just to lockup seconds later. This being said, IF these are solved by launch, this game is a no brainer to have.
My 2nd complaint is comms. Folks it is just helpful to have live vocal communication. I know there are disabled folks who can't and that's fine. I can compensate for that. But just running about on the ship and being no help in silence is truly an issue. Personally the Brig should be on a countdown. After 5/8/10 minutes that crew member is kicked. Friends will always play with this in good fun, but it can be a valuable tool for griefer crewmates.
Many great runs, between crashes, with lots of fine ( and horrible ) pirates.
