I highly recommend that anyone experiencing the Driver Crash,.
Go To: Settings / Apps and Settings / Type in "Sea of Thieves" / Select it and Select "Advanced Settings" / Scroll down to "Reset" and Click it.
Then, open the File Browser / This PC / Right-Click on your Windows (or ReadyBoost) Drive … typically this will be C:
Select Properties / General [Tab] / Disk Clean-Up / Select "DirectX Cache" then OK.
Final thing to do is go to Settings / Update and Security / For Developers
Ensure that this is "Microsoft Store Apps"
Once you're done... do a Cold Reset.
(i.e. Shutdown / Wait 5 Minutes / Boot Up)
This ensures that your Memory and Drive Cache all Flush.

Now as a note the Next Release of Windows 10 (1803 / Spring Gaming Update) almost completely resolves this issue.
I did have a couple of Random Hard Crash (Green Screen / Freeze) that required a reset with Release Candidate 3, but Microsoft did investigate it and Release Candidate 4 (which has a few DXGI fixes) does appear to have resolved it.
You can either update now via the Windows Insider Program, or alternatively you can wait for the time being as I believe it's supposed to be released within the next Fortnight to the Public.
It will resolve the current Crash Issues on AMD Hardware and Sea of Thieves.
As a note for those using Windows Mixed Reality Headsets, experiencing issues with installing or random loss of initialisation with Windows Portal... this Build entirely fixes those issues.
Windows HDR and Colour Depth has also been shifted from Drivers to WDDM., with support for expanded Formats... this should (although I never had the issue myself on my Samsung displays) resolve the long-standing issue of inconsistent HDR Support with AMD Hardware and Select Displays (LG for example) outside of Game Specific Support.
Application and Device "Green" Mode also should result in performance increases, especially with Game Mode Enabled via the Xbox Game Bar.
This as a note no longer affects Xbox DVR or Broadcast.
