Ahoy mateys, I recently read that a user on reddit had issues with his order not being fulfilled since he paid with account balance in the MS store. Since my controller wasn't shipped yet I'm wondering if others have the same issue?
The redditor reported that he was told by support that this product can't be paid with account balance so that he had to contact the supervisor in order to get his controller shipped. If this is actually the case I'm wondering why it isn't possible and where one can find this information?

@lil-bastien Yes, obviously. :) But before I do so, I would like to wait for some other users views how it went for them so that I can send them the link to this thread, in case they are not willing to help. But you're right of course, I removed the question at the end.
@dzs-mech I ordered gamepad 07.02.18, You know "thank you for purchase" email in my mailbox, it still didn't took my money from account and no other informations.
@lil-bastien Have you paid with MS account balance or credit card? It took the money from my MS account balance a few minutes after I placed the order (which might be due to region specific things though as I pre ordered from the german MS store).
I received mine. I actually wasn't expecting it because I went on the Microsoft store and to my order list and it just said pending, so I thought because I pre-ordered it at the last moment I was put on a waiting list. Then the mail came at random with it. That might be the case for you and I hope you receive it soon, it's a really nice looking controller.
@dzs-mech i ordered it by credit card. It's not saying pending but "avalible at 15.02.18". Stranger things than in Stranger Things.
The 14th is the UK release date, anyone that got it early has been very lucky or lives in the US.

I know Amazon does not have it and has it noted that they do not know when they will get it in stock again. I ended up buying mine from Walmart’s online store Friday and it has shipped and I should have it Wednesday. My guess is there is more demand than they thought there would be. If you want it and are uncertain your initial order being filled. Find a vendor like Walmart that has it in stock and order it and then cancel your other order. I think demand is going to outstrip supply for this controller.
