This is nothing to do with resolution but the way Windows 10 apps run in a wrapper. The team are aware of this and did say they were looking into solutions.

@infernnn Unfortunately not but I have heard from many people from different resolutions and monitor counts so it is a widespread, random problem. Hopefully, there can be a fix for this.
