There doesn't feel like a whole lot to do. I am really enjoying the game, especially with friends. At the moment though there ust seem to be voyages and not much else, we sometimes see other players and the occasional skeleton but the game feels abit empty otherwise. More activities and objectives in the full-game is a must

@jakeychappers from what I understand;
The map is larger. There are 3 factions instead of just the gold hoarder. Customization out the wazoo. Wildlife and sea creatures. Surprises.The Beta in its current state is a stripped down version of the final product. Check out the videos on the Sea of Thieves YouTube channel for more explanation.
@jakeychappers You are correct, currently the game does feel a bit empty. But good news, there will be more! For the closed beta it seems that Rare wants to deliver a game with working mechanics, as opposed to filling the game with a bunch of activities and objectives that are not quite done or polished to 'game ready status'.
(Unfortunately the 'too early' messages have put a bit of a damper on that, but good thing it seems they have figured out the issue and have extended the beta)

@shadowstrider-7 Definitely sounds like what we need and i'm hoping for. It's difficult to find much confirmation on details like that or know what we're actually missing from the full-game
