Hy there, I have been looking at the game for some time, it looks quite good, I hope the game does well in the future, on launch and after launch but there are some problems on the price.
As you might espect I am from Argentina and the price is insane, 90 dolars (1800 Pesos, the change is 1 Dolar for almost 20 Pesos), I really want to play the game but with a price like this one it will never happen, and Argentina is not the only one with a high price.
This prices can not be set on countries that dont have the economical health like others, thats why Steam changed prices (they changed the currency and the price, making games much cheaper than other countries so they can actually sell here) for the rest of America that is not EEUU, Canada and Alaska.
I dont know who and how to contact with someone that can reconsider the price so I made this post hopping it will reach someone.
Price for countries like argentina.
@bravelycold Conversion rates for games are determined by the Microsoft Store and not the developers, if you want to discuss the cost of the game in various countries you will have to contact the Microsoft Store Support teams.
@dhg-ixxrmacxxi thanks for the answer, I will try to speak with microsoft store for this problem, as I said I didnt knew to who exactly I should send this massage, thank you a lot, I hope I can find a solution and that the game is a succes.
@bravelycold Hey buddy, not sure if this helps but if I were in your shoes I would use a VPN to login to microsoft store and buy the game from a different region. In europe its already super high like 70€ and in UK is like 50Pounds (Still high imo) equal to 56€ (crazy huh?). Now I changed my region to UK and I am still thinking of buying it(Even though I believe I won't until the price is reasonable). Now I am from Greece and in order to make 70€ I need to work 4 days (20/day) witch makes it almost impossible to afford when you have other expenditures such as rent and etc..
Anyway, I really hope you can buy the game in a reasonable price because I really feel you on this one.
It sounds like Microsoft doesn't want it to succeed outside of the US, maybe because they don't want to pay for servers? I hope it's not a sense of nationalism.
I'm super disappointed that so many people outside of the US are getting such high prices. Just means we'll get less people from all over which stinks. I loved meeting people in the closed beta who weren't english-first speakers, our interaction was much more based on "play" and I think it creates the most poignant of fun experiences learning to communicate and just have fun without words all the time.
I guess your best bet is either purchasing from the US store or seeing if someone you know from the US can purchase it for you and you pay them back?
I'm sure there are reasons for the hike in price, but there's not even a physical release really (you can buy an Xbox disc but it's primarily digital).
I got a few private messages from people I played with in the closed beta and they all said they had fun but would not be buying the game in their respective countries because of the price hike.
I know in many countries games get astronomical hikes in price because of importing laws and stuff (or how Australia has just insane prices for all games) but jeez, that one topic where you would have to buy the game for $18,000 in another country was b*****s!
@angel-rugal said in Price for countries like argentina.:
no lo compres, el juego es un fracaso, te aburre a las 3 horas, son las mismas misiones repetidas y solo hay esqueletos y tiburones, despues de matar mil en un par de horas no queres saber mas nada, no vale ni un peso esta v***a
@angel-rugal Why would you stay on the forums if you felt that way? The game is not repetitive by any means, but the same could be argued for any game at all. If you don't like it, don't play it. It's quite simple.

Maybe it is not a peso worth if you just speak Spanish and don't try to communicate with other people.
This is at least a game about Teamwork.@dr-farce I agree: I would have to pay ~69,99€ in the german microsoft store. I hope some other retailers like g2a & mmoga can show up some more reasonable pricing. I would pay (doesn't matter what developers are promising) 40€ for a game, which is quite a lot!
I think the problem is, that they treat 1$ = 1€ because in the US store it was 69,99$ (~48€) but in the EU store it was 69,99€. @Microsoft: 1€ ~ 1.25$ not the other way round!
