Hey guys, I was wandering if after the game is released I could play with a friend that uses windows 10 if I'm on xbox? Here's the situation, I am getting the game and gameshare with this friend. Can they play it on the pc while I play on the xbox?

For gameshare to work your friend would have to play on your profile, and you would need to set your Xbox back to 'Home' so that you could then play on a different account, which would probably be breaking Xbox's TOS in one way or another. So no I don't think it would work. Your friend will either have to play on his Xbox you're already sharing with or buy his own copy on PC.

However, for your friend to play it on PC, they would need to log in to your profile on their PC. This obviously could present several problems.
However, the opposite is much better if possible. You could play it on PC if possible, and they could then have their Xbox One set as your home, thus allowing them to play the game on the Xbox.
Gamesharing really only works well between 2 Xbox Ones, or the owner of the game being on PC, and setting a friends Xbox as their home system, to allow their friend to get the game.

@yannuspot no one knows exactly yet, that is still tbc. I hope it's just before the open beta so I would assume around the 20th maybe..?
@ander-on-xbox25 Why of course! One of the features of this game is cross-platform play. Which meanns yes, you and your friend can play together if he is on PC and you on xbox and vice verse.
