@mexicanbanana05 There are four members per crew. Nothing is stopping you from letting other crews aboard your ship and working together though!

@wolfmanjack75 you don't need them there is a automated matchmaking so you can play even without friends. You will just get some by the system.
@wolfmanjack75 I think theres a voting brig system in place. At least there was in one of the developer vids.
@mexicanbanana05 The things under people's names are badges and each refer to something.

Insider - someone who has signed up for the insider programme.
Founder - someone who helped in Sea of Thieves' development process by playing in the technical alphas.
Pioneer - someone selected for the Pioneer Programme by Rare to do specific testing during technical alphas or additional testing
Deckhands - Rare employees and community forum moderators?
@wolfmanjack75 sounds awful honestly. The cpu would be incredibly hard to program to do everything a human player could do and is not worth the developers time. Especially when you can just easily get a human player.
