Please reduce gunpowder rowboats.

    It's been said numerous times, but now that we have a challenge that required us to find a specific rowboat-type - but DIDN'T count the gunpowder variant - can we PLEASE reduce the appearance rate of gunpowder rowboats?

    I understand that it was fun in Season 17 when they freshly returned, and it worked with the season model that boosted new content (smuggler shipwrecks, smuggler bottled messages)... but can we please reduce the spawn rate here now too to something more meaningful?

    It feels like 80% of rowboats have a gunpowder barrel. Can we get it more on to a level like 30%?

    Or change the requirement to include them? Shouldn’t be hard to change a few 0s and 1s

    Keg rowboats are too frequent either way, it's just a reminder that this "season buff" has now been going for three seasons. Just like the other smuggler buffs were linger than intended "because of a bug" (just quoting the release notes here when they were fixed...)
