Must at least be Pirate Legend or Hourglass player or former Arena player (best if you're a combination thereof). Otherwise, we have room for some bilge rats, just be willing to learn. We will do world events, Emissary hunting, opportunistic PvP (So please don't be afraid to fight), and Tall Tales once in a while. It's not too serious, just: be respectful to fellow guild members. That's all that's demanded of you.
