Masks with hats

I know it can be done and proof is in other cosmetics like brigsys mask or other layered masks that still allow hats. Please allow players to use the reapers bones masks with hats. My personal want from this is due to wanting to wear the servant of the flames hat with a reapers mask. And I know the shattered mask exists but it doesn't look great.
