Reworking the Servants Mask Cosmetic

The mask for Reaper's Bones servants is often bugged on chubby pirates; it's zoomed in wide, partially transparent, or it comes off when you put it on. It would also be really cool if you could put on hats while wearing it, so it would have to become a mask instead of a headgear
