FOOD BARREL ON THE FERRY OF THE DAMMED

  • So whenever there is somone on my ship and I'm getting spawn killed, I feel like there should be somthing that would allow me to get food when I cant get that bottom deck spawn for food so that we can have the same advantage as the spawn killer. If a food barrel was added to the ferry it would allow everyone to collect food prevent any chance of no bottom deck spawns being the decider in any pvp game. I personally think that the food barrel should either consist of a range of food from pomegranates to coconuts. Or another idea would be a linked food barrel to the ones that are on the user's ship. This addition to the game will greatly help with the vast amount of pvp included in this game and will create a much more entertaining and fair environment for all players to use.

  • Time you spawn, time you are killed due to Spawn Killing.
You have no time to eat.

If your being spawn killed, Scuttle!

Not even kidding i've had a dream where i died and there was food at the ferry. Great idea 10/10

  • I think spawn killers should be struck by lightning

  • Love this idea. Personally I think spawn killing should have diminishing returns unless supported by solid naval combat. Boarding and spawn killing should be the final nail in the coffin after you've got the upper hand in naval, and/ or a high risk move that could quickly turn the tide of a losing battle. I don't think you should be able to turn the game into an FPS, and just spawn kill your opponent until they get bored and scuttle.

I think having a food barrel on the ferry would be a nice way to achieve a good balance, where boarding and getting a few spawn kills would be very possible, just as effective, and would still be a viable strategy; but endlessly spawn killing someone without any attempt to sink them would not. After a while they would run out of food, and you wouldn't. Then you could keep chipping away at their health a bit at a time until eventually they'd be forced to put some more holes in your ship and sink you, abandon your ship in search for food, or die.

You lost control of your ship and are unable to defend or fight back. Scuttle is there for those very moments.
Cut your loses and save yourself less issues.

  • @burnbacon ok so say i have a hourglass 5 streak but am being spawn killed there is no reason people should have to resort to scuttling every time this is like saying if there is somone who has a better skill level then scuttle

After a while ? That could take hours if you've been hoarding food in a long session or have supplies from HG, are you sure that's a tactic you'd want to employ?
