add parrots on shoulders

    any form of implementation is OK by me but I would really love to have parrots on my shoulder and it's kinda surprising it isn't in the game already. I want this in the game for these reasons

    1. it's very cool and piratey to have a parrot on your shoulder.
    2. makes how parrots move around while you are on land more realistic than them flying towards you and landing at your feet
    3. my parrot yearns for bloodshed

    What about Monkeys? Owls? Dogs? Foxes? Cats?
    If Parrots can sit on shoulders, the other animals have to have a feature like this.

    Four legged animals, maybe they can be leashed. (it can break if they get spooked)
