Can this be fixed?

So I bought the game in march last year, and I had some trouble because I had bought the premium edition and some of the promised items didn't appear in my inventory. I had gotten the main ones and this is where it went wrong: I had emailed support about a few missing items, but I forgot one. The dire dark warsmith wheel did not appear. Since every thing ELSE in the ship set was there, I though, "Oh, this must not have come with it!" HUGE MISTAKE. Aaaand.... I blew 350 of my ancient coins on an item I already owned. So is this just a well too bad for you thing or can I contact Rare about this? I really want my coins back. What do I do?
