Your game is no longer part of the base xbox gamepass (essential/gold) it's now only offered in the higher tier 'premium' or 'ultimate' packages along with 500 other games. So I don't know how much xbox is paying you for the contract, but at this point you might as well make the game free to play or like $20 max because nobody is going to pay $40 for this garbage in 2026 and relying on only gaining players from the top tier gamepass is really limiting your audience.
Yes you are the only pirate video game right now so you can charge whatever you want, but that won't last forever, at some point you will have competition that you're not ready to compete with. You already aren't doing anything about the hacker problem, so who cares if there's an increase in hackers just because the game is free, maybe that will encourage you to bring safer seas more in line with the high seas features.
