Suggestion: toggle for disable npc voices

Id like to make a suggestion for a toggle to npc voices. The npc that sells ship customization is humming any time you're not talking to them, and the sound is just ear grating. I have to take my headset off any time I dock near or walk to their shop. It's a small issue, but would be wonderful if there could be a toggle to enable/disable the npc voices.
