Is anyone willing to help me in hourglass

I am fairly new to the game and just started playing hourglass battles, I’ve only done about 2 battles or so and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me gain some reputation levels for servants of the flame, as well as sharing some general tips about pvp and just the game in general.
