Ideally, just add this to the mission of turning in animals
OR
Use the asset that you already have for merchant bottles and make them a chance to replace green / smuggler bottles.
As it stands, nearly every bottle is a smuggler bottle and nearly every green bottle is either a dig up, bounty, or merchant pick up and deliver.
Using this asset could be a fun way to make getting these comms done sooner.
@dank-jimb0 Instead of spamming monotonous reviews about the delivery of these items, they would have been closed long ago through Mysterious Journals (even if it took a long time, but you will close)

Oh I use my lunch break to scour for mysterious journals using guides.
It isn't bad feedback to suggest there be a better way for completing this though.
Dude.. yes. I made a post about this too. I'm looking to get all of the achievements in the game, I still have quite a bit to do but looking ahead at what's outstanding, these are my biggest 2 questions marks on if I'll ever be able to complete them.
I honestly cannot remember the last time I received EITHER of these voyages from a bottle.
