I’m gonna be honest here LFG’s on Xbox are kind of very dry when it comes to recruiting people, I propose the idea of recruiting a crew in-game with a new interface and accessibility & also for a different require requirements to help find specific crew mates & what is required to join them.

@mace-the-ace584 they have an lfg here and on their discord, so I doubt they will put the resources into an in game system. I’d love one but I sadly don’t see it happening.
I think it would be great to have an lfg where instead of just free text (that no one reads if it's too long), you fill out a form with discrete data (age, hours played, language etc.), and multiple choice questions (What activities are you interested in? Do you enjoy PVP? What emissary do you want to Sail for? Do you have a headset? Do you want your crewmate to have a headset?), and then there was some kind of matchmaking algorithm or at least a filter, so you can easily find the people that you'll most enjoy sailing with.
