Good morning rare I would like to ask if if you can please by any chance brig back the Fruit crates and Gunpowder KEG merchant contact missions back
Because searching and hoping to find a book that gives you the mission is very rare
I have reach almost 450 play time hours and
Have done only 4 fruit mission
It’s an achievement/trophy to deliver 100 black powder kegs and 50 fruit crates on time for the merchant alliance
For the following achievement/trophies
BLACK POWDER MERCHANT
MERCHANT FORAGER
The adds of finding the missions and hoping for keg or fruit are very low
It feels unfair because before this was a mission you was able to choose from the merchant alliance voyages
It will be amazing if you can bring back the voyage mission back so me and my friends can get the achievement/trophies
Gunpowder Kegs and fruit crate merchant contract are very rare
One season is three months, and since the 11th season, we have been providing feedback on this matter in the forum.
It is now the end of the 17th season, and the 18th season is approaching. Six seasons (18 months) have passed. They did not make any changes to this.My English is not good, I can only understand some simple words. Most of the time, I use AI translation to check what people are saying.
I am extremely disappointed with this feedback forum. But I still insist on coming and taking a look every once in a while.Yeah I've also complained about this a couple of times. I have 3.8 k hours and I still am not finished with the keg deliveries.
It is an odd situation, where this used to be very easy, just part of animal runs, so everyone could work on them at their own pace. They were then removed, and added into barrels on outposts/bottles on beaches. Only for them to remove the quests in barrels later.
They've gotten push-back before on making certain commendations easier, which is what I think is the case, but this was originally so simple. So its not the Original Completers that complain, but those who did it "when it was hard".
I do not wish unintended hardship on my fellow players and think if the only thing between you and your goal is luck and a flawed system, not a lack of willingness or time put it, its not a good design.Also you will get replies that say "Its supposed to be a life-time achievement/its meant to be hard", just ignore them, they comment that on all posts that ask for improvements (Even ones the devs actually implements later).

The think is before all Xbox players had this as a voyage mission amd it was very easy to farm me

Is t fair for me as a PS5 players because I have to hope finding the mission and get super lucky I have even organised with some friends seassion and we all 10 go on separate servers and searching for books but still Thats insanity…
It makes you just dive go to the island and search for a book
And if you don’t get lucky you must find new server and dive again….
At least if you want to make it hard make it so you don’t need to depend on RNGYes, about 3.4K hours here and only 9 kegs and 3 fruitcrates done solely because of their incredible rarity (and since smuggler's quests in bottles were added i am not sure if they can be found at all anymore.) the commendations and linked achievements are currently defacto unachievable. myself and others have brought this up regularly on forum already, we can only hope someone listens to the noise :D
It is only such a small change that is necessary after all, but a big deal for completionists like usIt is bizarre that still has not been fixed when it is an achievement and what not. I forgot PS5 players can work on this commendation...but I feel bad because of how it is currently designed will not get it done before Sea of Thieves comes to an end.
They need to make separate merchant bottles that are washed up, just use the same asset as from the Merchant quest as the bottle. These will guaranteed drop a crate and/or barrel mission each time.
Or introduce the mission back as an option on the animal crate missions.
Or ideally make it both occur.
I know this is development time, but this is the only fix considering where we are with diving quests and smuggler bottles everywhere.
