Unnecessary change made to Sea of Champions sails- please revert it back

When i started playing again after a long time i noticed something wrong with my sails.. the holes have been changed and shrunk down because it was deemed an "unfair advantage". These sails are very unique, and very few people have them, so you can imagine i was pretty annoyed when something about them was changed without any reason at all. There's a lot of sails with many holes that haven't been changed at all, so this doesn't make any sense. Changing the unique desing of sails that only 30 or so people have doesn't improve the game in any way, shape or form. (https://imgur.com/a/DApHWut)
