A guild hideout would be nice. A few ideas.
Maybe a small port town looking island with three docks for three loaded ships chosen from captain's ship list,
and a small cobblestone house with a wood roof with a bed, a shower, a piano, and customization chests and four stoves.
Take your chosen ship in when it "loads" on one of your three spread apart parallel docks. Customize and decorate and repair at a self made shipwright.
