Using Gamepad Causes Rubberbanding

When I use gamepad, my character rubberbandds like crazy. It happens like that: When you move and stop, ur character teleports 1cm back. If you walk sideways like right and stop you teleporting 1cm left. If you move left and stop moving game teleports you 1cm right. If you move forward and stop teleports you 1cm back. It only happens when you stop moving and this is happens all the time. It only happening when using the gamepad and its all okay with keyboard. But I have to use gamepad because of some room problems and this problem reallt annoying my playing experience. Unfortunately I've already speaken with support team but they couldn't do anything. Is there someone can help me over here?
