Either in game or outside of the game explain loose threads of Pirate's Life Tall Tales

    Spoilers incoming so you have been warned.

    At the end of the Pirate's Life tall tale, Jack Sparrow is told he needs to return the treasure to "her" because he made a promise. Who is she? This treasure lets him go between worlds which makes me think he can bounce between "real world" and SoT world.

    Davy Jones now rests below the decks of the ferry per the ferryman.

    Wild Rose and George left with the Black Pearl.

    No other mention of this anywhere else in the game for the most part.

    Yeah yeah, I know. Disney has a say in what happens with Jack Sparrow and Davy Jones and that will impact this. However, will we ever know what comes of these things I've mentioned above?

    @dank-jimb0 Davy Jones and George/Rose sound like completed arcs to be.

    They could expand on whereever Jack Sparrow went to at the end but it was also set up so they didn't have to either. Just another adventure of his own not relevant to the Sea of Thieves maybe.

    Kind of how the monkey island tall tales now have plot holes without adventure stories.

    Like how lechuck got the sword from Pirate lord. Without the adventure most of us did, nobody gonna know it was “us” who gave it to him.

    So many holes in stories that been left to dust or forgotten and hope player just fills in blanks or forgets. (Or just enjoy)

    What ever happened with Wanda's curse? In this season, who is the "client"? When is the Pirate Lord going to address the elephant in the room? Who cleaned up all the skeleton runes painted everywhere? I remember getting so excited that something big was coming-- threats were everywhere, and then the next day they're just all gone? Who determined that their threats weren't serious (or we defeated whomever, whatever?) and went out with some Simple Green and rags? When is the Pirate Lord going to have a proper burial/plot for his son?

    But forget all that. We have the Dark Ancients coming in season 18, which will probably have even more unanswered questions and lore.
