Sea of thieves needs new gamemodes

    Hi Sea of Thieves team,

    I’d love to see new PvP modes and a ranked matchmaking system in the game, like something different from the traditional 1v1.

    These additions could bring more long-term motivation for competitive players, create fairer matchups, and give a sense of progression and reward for PvP-focused crews.

    @mateus33112 Guess what... you can do this when custom servers release to everyone - you can set up matches however you like with whatever skill levels you like too! This will all create progression and reward as more AA's will create custom match ups.

    SoT isn’t a competitive game though.
    The only thing that has a leaderboard, is the Ledger which frankly isn’t even that competitive either since you can still earn all rewards without trying.

    @burnbacon I don't think there is a single game that doesn't have a competitive community

    @captain-knyt True, every game will have a speed run community, some have e-sports, etc etc (all classed as competitive) :D

    sea of thieves also has a competitive community: there are speed runs to pirate legend and also AA like cutlass crusades @BurnBacon
