Peter Pan would answer a lot of questions, One Piece is a fun world, but I think there is one pirate themed piece of media that goes above and beyond all else... Muppets Treasure Island. If we had a tall tale set against the characters from Muppets Treasure Island, the wonderful music, the lovely stories. I think Kermit the Frog would make a great addition to the SoT lore.

Kermit would be great if I could put him in my cannon and shoot him out while he yells some signature Kermit the frog panic dialogue. The arms flailing in the air would be a nice touch.
