Lost Shipment/Ashen Lost shipment & Merchant Alliance issues

So I have ran into this a few times doing Lost shipments and want to give some feedback for change. Several times when doing the voyage, the key will not be near the Hint Bottle whatsoever. Did an ashen one recently for an example that took me to Crows Nest Fortress. The Hint bottle was in the middle of the fort. Key no where in sight. Moved on. Key was not at the next hint bottle either at Devils Ridge. Went back to the beginning to the birds/barrels in the water. Nothing there. Double check Devils again. Nothing. Finally decided to double check Crows nest. Key was behind the fort on the beach nowhere near where the hint bottle was. See how frustrating that is? Also Ashen Executive Lost shipments arent even giving Ashen loot in the Lost shipwreck.I would say about 60% of the time theres no ashen loot. Which is the whole point of doing Ashen. To get Ashen loot and to be in the Roar. i would also say Lost Shipments are not giving nearly a comparing amount of gold to other emissary voyages. Its quite low. I think the loot from it needs re-examined.
