Hi:
I'm actually writing this for my son whose account is banned when he tried to login from his computer
When I did the same with my account on his computer, I too, received the account banned message
I've checked the enforcement page to see if there are any strikes to our account. There are none.
So I've tried to login from my computer instead with my own account and with my son's account. It worked
In desperation, I've reformatted his computer HDD/SSD and reinstalled Windows 11 completely fresh. I've also bought a new router to replace the old router
The same problem still happened.
So at this point in time, I'm beginning to suspect there is a HWID ban against his computer specifically.
However, RARE support says they cannot do anything to resolve the issue and this puzzles me. If they are the developers, then who else do I turn to?
I have already messaged Microsoft and Steam about the ban issue and which they also have confirmed there's no ban against our accounts.
Now the only other recourse is perhaps to message Easy Anti-Cheat but their support page brings me around in circles and I am unable to escalate this issue at all.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated
