ammo
No more infinite ammo on ships. All ships should the 500 ammo count limit requiring everyone to find or buy ammo crates occasionally. Ammo crates would be sold by armory or found on sea forts. Ammo crates can refill ship supply instead of be an reload weapons. Full Ammo crates can be sold to smugglers.
Kegs
Kegs no longer are dangerous unless filled with gunpowder. Use gunpowder barrels to fill kegs shells. Filled kegs still obtainable via skellies, keg rowboats, and Athena. Gunpowder barrels decrease in explosive power and value the more it's used similar to other weapons. Stronghold kegs consume half a gunpowder barrel while a normal takes a quarter.
Rum bottles and grog limitations
Rum bottles can be drinkable, empty ones can be used as message in bottles. Every rum bottle used decreases it's value. Add rum and grog barrels to refill ships grog supply. Rum and grog barrels sold by taverns or found on enemy and sunken ships. Rum bottles can be packaged to sell to merchants by finding empty rum bottles and filling them with the correct rum barrel. All variants will have their one barrel and only found in respective region. For example devils rum is only obtained in devils roar.
Skeleton curse
With all the skeleton themed pirate emporium cosmetics we have I'm surprised the haven't been repurposed into skelly curse cosmetics or at least usable while skelly curse is active. Also death with skelly curse should be the same with order of bone and blade. But instead of the ferry of the damned it would be more unique to skeletons. Also the revival would be similar to the skelly coming out of ground. Skeleton lord curse obtainable at 1000 hg would grant all skeleton Lord abilities except teleporting but make player slower and tanky, and anyone with a skeleton curse will have three skeleton followers with them. However well having the skeleton lord curse active the new mechanic with the reaper's chest will not work for the crew that has a skeleton lord and only a captain can become the skeleton lord. Or there's a way to have a temporary skeleton lord transformation like drinking a potion of some kind.
