I just recently got dc from the game due to a grandpabeard, which i quickly figured out was a game ban. Now what im wondering is if this is going to be a permanent ban? i saw a thread on reddit saying a grandpabeard means your account is waiting to get redbearded. This is also my first ban on the game.

If the person involved wants more information or to appeal then they would need to contact Support as it is not something that can be discussed on the Forums.
