Hello all, I recently been making tickets towards griefers and toxic people on the game thats on my own galleon and other boats I own, usually you cant do much if theres 1 person and their friend that joins in and starts stuff.... Usually if you report someone much doesnt happen unless you send it in as video footage... Even screen shots dont do much, usually told Unfortunately, we are unable to continue the investigation without proper evidence. Could you please provide the necessary details, and we’ll be happy to assist further?

I suggest something simple... Attack logs for ones ship from teammates in whatever amount of time, if the captain reports or other crew mates it'll show hey they been fighting other enemies on boat or not... if they damaged someone in that amount of time they know what was going on. Not a hard mechanic to bring into the game, and also would bring more good than harm.
Also please bring a feature for banning or making someone an outcast from your crew for however time and to banish them from your crew session for however much time, if theres toxic behaviour or whatever reason. it would make finding a better crew faster and better. Because needing 3 votes when there usually is 1-2 trolls per time in the game, the amount of times ive played where theres just 8-12 yr olds, or even those man childs just messing around on your boat burning it down saying dumb stuff...
Reason for voting to brig and can show a message on screen or next to the brig saying why they are there, etc. rare can have a feature where its recorded and reasoning why their kicked out of the game for that reason... like saying hey this is your warning, they been written up and its recorded, then they get kicked out of the crew.
Also please bring in a feature which should be a thing already, if you wanna just join as a crew mate and not captain a chartered ship, would be amazing, give us that as an option please...

Honestly I would just recommend avoiding open crew. If you use lfg or discord you're more likely to find like minded crewmates who want to achieve the same thing. Open crew is the problem here, it's well known for toxicity. I'm not sure how frequently it's used in comparison with playerbase but I don't think it would make sense to put lots of effort into improving that one area.
@hiradc Open crew probably has less of players time on average than arena did before they turned that off forever
I'll expect something like this to be added when they figure out heuristic anti cheat that can see someone do something impossible and insta ban them. The amount of times in HG I have had someone insta board within 1 single second of the match starting, fly around, shoot me through walls, etc, it would make sense for them to be able to detect these things.
