There’s an official discord with looking for group channels. There’s a swabby channel, a non-shabby channel, and a no mic channel. Maybe another one or two I’m missing. At any given time of day that discord has dozens of voice groups going within it. There are actually people in that discord who are experienced and willing to hop on with someone to assist with a goal. I’d try there. It’s better than open crew since you can vet your potential crew mates a little bit.
