I am aware that drastic changes would mess with people's muscle memory and probably confuse them, but it would be nice if ship pieces had more detail. Emporium sets (along with others like the Ashen Dragon, etc.) seem to make sweaty players assume the person using them is new to the game, among other things—which is sad, but it is what it is.
I remember getting the Cursed Ferryman set—oh, how naive I was. I've already been targeted and insulted specifically for using it twice in my 100 hours. Talking about corpse camping all while ridiculing me, which I only recently found out is a bannable offense.
Anyway, got sidetracked there. I was disappointed with the details in the Ferryman set; the hull and figurehead could have looked much better. Everything just looks better on brigs and galleons—sloops look so damn awkward. Still, more detailed ships would be nice in the future. Take how the banisters look on that ship whenever you die—the details are insane. If a new standard is ever reached, and the servers can handle it, it would be great if they went back and remade these extremely iconic ship sets.
