i saw on the changelogs that krakens can now spawn during world events but the info is pretty vague. it just says ‘it can spawn alongside other world events including the skull fort’. is there a specific list of the world events it can spawn during? does it still have a higher chance of spawning when there are no world events active or are the odds the same? also does fotd count?

If they did it's not work. We were chasing a sloop last night and it copped a Skeleton ship then a Kraken.

Oh I hear you on that. We got krakkened, skeleton shipped, and meg'd all at once a few days ago. However, they've reverted the change for the kraken spawning "whenever" to be put back in rotation, when no world events are around on May 2nd. It's in the April state of play patch notes.

I guess what was happening was the kraken was spawning too much, so they reverted that change, where it once again, now only spawns when there's no world events up.
