Is everyone getting ip banned message when trying to edit post?

I am going to raise a ticket on this, just wanted to clarify if affecting more than myself. When I click on the wheel on a comment as if to edit or flag for moderation etc I get a red message at top stating IP banned contact admin (clearly not i can still post)
