Cannon of Rage glitching

    So far we have found two Cannons and both have glitched out when placed and become un-interactable.

    yeah ive had 4 cannons tried one on island and 3 on different spots on sloop not one cannon could be used am on pc.

    Yup, 3 out of 3 activated but can't use them at all, nor pick em up.

    Initially I couldn't even activate them, only move them like regular loot. After few minutes I could activate them, but yea, remained unusable even after an hour of play.

    I logged in to just check it out, found one cannon and it moved around fine. As soon as I set it I could not interact with it. All it offered was to get into the cannon, but I could not even do that.

    Same issues as described above. I filed a bug report with rare.
    5/5 fails.

    The workaround i found was deploying the cannon and then having everyone die simultaneously and coming back to the ship at the same time. This allowed us to interact with it but as soon as we picked it up and redeployed it, it would go back to the same state.

    I have tried 3 cannons, they have all worked. Tried carrying and setting up and re-deploying again and shooting.

    Been pretty lucky so far.

    I am on Xbox One, I tried to use 3 cannons of rage but when they are locked in position, they are stuck and you can’t use them, super annoying when I could have gotten the coms for it.

    Same here, just filled with bugs atm.
    Once again the quality standard for this game...

    Yep same here. Going to the ferry temporarily fixes it, but it's not great.

    I jinxed my self, we had a cannon go non-responsive tonight on our boat deck. Couldn't fire it, load it or fold it down.

    Just placing a second cannon on the boat fixed it so we could get rid of it.

    Alt+F4 and rejoining works. It sucks but it's one fix I've found. On console close the game without "leaving correctly" and rejoin. Hopefully we get a fix sooner than later!

    @saltydrunkard Ahoy matey!

    This issue was fixed with today's emergency maintenance. You now no longer need to leave your session and rejoin to interact with the Cannon of Rage.
