Just wondering the approximate response time.
If anyone is interested in the problem - a friend gave a code to donate currency, the code was activated - currency did not come. Support xbox confirmed that the code was activated and everything should have come.
Q: How long do I have to wait for a response from game support?
@kainrofeld depends on their work load but I would expect between 3-5 days. Do not hold me to that timescale, they will get to you when they can.
For Ancient Coins, you need to start / play the game on the platform that you used to get the coins.
If you got them from the PS store but you play on Xbox, you won't get the coins; if you bought them on the Steam Store, you need to start the game up on Steam, playing on PS, Xbox or via the Windows Player won't get you the coins.
