Enhancing Quest Board and Bottle/Journal Quest

I had the idea that it would be cool if players could give away their bottle quests the same way we can give away their self-buried treasure maps and post bottle/journal quests on the quest board. Players could hold out the quest towards another crew giving them the option to take quest. This would give more player interaction and give the quest board another purpose. I would also like to see the quest board have quests for other factions too instead of just buried treasure maybe some Merchant Supply deliveries too since those are so hard to find.
