At the moment a player ladder climbing animation is missing. Just the ship ladders work fine, while for all stationary ladders on islands animation is missing. As soon as player touching the ladder hes getting visually stuck and then in few seconds instantly teleports up for other people.

Its better to open a Support ticket.
With a support ticket, its guaranteed to reach the developers quickly.
Plus you can also offer clips, which makes it easyer for them to fix it.This along with your other recent threads are essentially all bug reports and should as such be filed in a ticket to support rather than posted on forums. That way they are reported through the proper channels and can be addressed as such. You can file bug reports here.
