i just realized what this bug meant and now im too late.... theres that totally useless hourglass commendation to sail 1000 miles on hourglass. so this promotes just running in circles for a whole battle? that sounds like a toxic/troll commendation. with diving to battle disabled this means we could get this unrewarding commendation without ruining anyones fun..... these milage commendations really need something tied to them or just remove them altogether. considering the dev team decided commendations should no longer give faction rep that makes the mileage ones even more of an insult. "grind this for a check mark" cool.

though past nerfs to hourglass to prevent people from engaging with active battles ruined the possibility of organic same server hourglass battles... this whole thing just shines a light on how much more polishing needs to go into hourglass. it was added and has been neglected every since. a few rewards sprinkled in here and there but for the most part all its done is cause anticheat to be added to the game which makes the game take longer to long and run worse than it already did

The miles commendation is passive so if you just play hourglass you’ll get it eventually. I have it and didn’t even notice. There’s no reason to “grind” that commendation. I don’t recall what it unlocks, and that tells me it probably isn’t something worth grinding for to begin with.

Are you a completionist for the game? If not why do you care so much about this commendation?

If you ARE a completionist than this commendation comes along with time when you finally hit that 10k level for both faction titles...

Ummmmm… if they turn off diving then how am I supposed to even get any levels???
