Hello everyone.
I want to talk about Shadow Ban, which is became part of the game approximetely since 1st of may 2025, rigt after a few hotfixes was reliased.
What is Shadow Ban? Shadow Ban is ban that shows ONLY on website of the game that your account is blocked, however the game still works, you can join the game, you can play.
Why is this happen? My theory is because of new system of ban politics, which is broken from the begining, which by the way made a lot of permannet banned accounts playable again for a short period of time.
For this moment it is affect not every, but a lot of players, including me, who even didnt know about their accounts shows blocked, untill somebody who checked their profile talled that info.
Tickets to game support telling back all the same info to everyone, like "Your license of the game is shared with another accounts which has been blocked".
My Steam and XBOX versions of the game are works, that allows me to tell that this prolem comes from broken system of bans.
My ban points or whatever its called 0\12, which also means system is not working and showing false information.
Never been REDBEARDed or YELLOWBEARDed.
Also game support trying to prove me I am wrong and my account is really banned.
Epoch - one the support empolyee, closing tickets everytime he thinks his job is done and problem solved. This is not true.
Again this affects a lot of people, who by now, can even not know about this problem, because game works.
I would like to ask RARE developers to look into this problem as fast as possible.
Game support absolutely useless in this case.
Also I want to ask players to check their profiles for BAN STATUS and shares how many of you got the same issue, describe it down below.
Please RARE fix this, this problem comes from your side.
