We need singleplayer mode, this game its so unplayable, i see videos on youtube for people who duplicate hunting spears and loot just for sure they will win for 100% chance, and i encounter them a lot, they always gonna come back we cant ban them they always return, so i wanted singleplayer mode where i can pause the game and do everything there

Play Safer Seas, that's the closest you will get.
Who cares if other players duplicate things, it really does not affect you in game. Have not been killed with a spear yet, have not seen any enemy use them either and if players want to duplicate loot then they will get caught one day.
As mentioned, Sea of Thieves is a risk/reward based multiplayer game. As such, at this time there are no intentions to introduce a full access, full reward solo mode. The closest option you have would be Safer Seas where restrictions are in place to balance out the lack of risk.
